Latest word from the host: Hope to have services restored in the next ~2 hours or less. Keep your fingers crossed, gang.
No news from the IRC host in the last 6h as we approach 24 hours of instability/downtime. I’m frustrated too. Will post news as warranted.
The good news: The website seems to be working just fine. The bad news: The IRC server is not. IRC host is working with their data center.
IRC server issues seem to have gotten worse. Assuming this is dark before the dawn. On that note, I’m heading to bed — info in the AM!
IRC host has fixed the hardware issue, working on the network slowness now. Thanks for your patience, guys.
IRC server status: Still laggy, due to hardware issues at the host. Web server status: Still broken, no word from host as of yet.
IRC server’s host is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the problem. Web server’s host hasn’t gotten in touch yet.
Ugh, now I’m getting pinged out. Still waiting to hear back from either host’s support department. I think I’ll go make a cup of tea…
