Around 12pm Eastern Time (GMT-5) on Friday, November 10, the server went down for about an hour to 90 minutes. I’m waiting to hear why from our host. When the server came back up, all our services data was wiped out.
This was brought to my attention late in the evening and I verified we had a viable backup to work from. I then brought services down (twice), to work on the restoration and brought everything back up at about 11:45pm ET on Friday. Your nicknames and channels should now be working appropriately based on yesterday’s backup.
